It was more expensive than originally told and I was told it would be about 2 hours to get done but 3 and a half hours later I still didn’t get a call so I called and they asked if I’m sure I dropped it off at porter and they couldn’t find my car at first. They put me on hold for a while then said we found it it’s done!

Salesman John Green and the rest of the Porter team did an excellent job. I found the car I always wanted ( 2018Chevy Impala)and for a good price. I wasn’t rushed or forced to make a decision. John was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was treated like I was family. I would definitely buy from Porter again

The service department at Porter Chevrolet is excellent. The staff is just wonderful to their customers. This is by far the BEST service department I have ever visited in over 30 years of utilization of car service organizations. Prices are reasonable, service is done right the first time, wait time is minimal, and estimated cost is exact (no padding added). Can't ask for anything more! P.S. The customer waiting area is also excellent.
I was in the service department 3 times for the same issue, fuel injectors. I was Luckily able to have my car salesman work a decent enough deal to get me into a different truck instead of hiring a lawyer and pursuing a resolution that route.
I felt Randy (my salesman) was very professional and worked with us throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and painless as possible. Best car buying experience I’ve had to date. Thanks again Randy for everything.
