At the time of the service, everything was wonderful. Employees were all fabulous and helpful. It was the day after the complete service that I started to have problems with the vehicle. That is why I gave it less stars. It should’ve been noticed by the service tech who did the maintenance on it at your dealership.

I had my first oil change on my new Chevrolet that I bought from Porter. I am very much enjoying my car, but this one experience was not great. I was told it would take 2 hours just for an oil change, which I understand it was a busy day, and luckily, it only took 1.5 hours. Unfortunately, I asked the shuttle driver to take me on a drive about only 10 minutes from the dealership (this is when I first dropped my car off). He told me he could but he may not be able to pick me up because he had so many other stops and the shuttle service ends somewhere between 4pm and 5pm (I can't remember the exact time). I asked if anyone would be available to pick me up, and he didn't give me a straight answer and he just again went over all the people he also has to pick up. I thought it safer to stay at the dealership, but was quite bummed. The lady at the counter did ask if I wanted to try to get a different driver, which was nice though, but I declined at that point.

after the work that was done on my car witch was a hose and oil change the check engine light was on when I got in the car. when technician checked code he said something else was now broken. there was no problem with what was broken before. now I have to have that fixed. I am starting to not trust you people there and don't know if ill bring my car back. I am also letting others know about my problems. this is not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time this has happened

you have a online system that allows me to schedule an appt however based on previous experiences a standard oil change can not be scheduled. I went in and had to wait just under 2 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. If it were not for Randy Day at this dealership my scores would steadily be 1s

I received a diagnosis of my vehicle that was previously missed by a different dealership. I am therefore very pleased with the service that I received a Porter. I would also like to receive a phone call, or email to discuss my trade up options. I would like to make Porter the location I purchase my next Chevrolet from.

The personnel in the service department are fantastic. Their customer relations are second to none. The young woman at the desk gave us an excellent recommendation to go for breakfast while my car was being worked on and was very friendly. A pleasure interacting with them.
