I was really surprised when I picked up car. It was dirty and greasy all over the driver side door panel. I had to scrub it and use spray nine to get it off. The driver side floor was also greasy. It was black grease. I bought new tires and they were dirty also. I was very disappointed. I have always been very satisfied with the service and customer service until now.

I took my Suburban in for an oil change. The young lady that checked me in was very nice and efficient. Their wheel alignment device in the bay discovered that my right front wheel was toed out so I asked them to do the alignment. The young lady told me she would have me out in 1 1/2 hours and offered to call their shuttle if I needed to be dropped somewhere rather than wait. All work was completed and I was out in 1 1/2 hours. Right on time!

I had my vehicle in for a recall and other services in June. I needed a part, and they told me they would call in about 2 weeks when the part came in. 2 months later no one ever called so I called them. Oh yea, the part was there, did I want to set up an appointment. Sure, got it done. I have no problem with the work that they do. But they have a real problem with calling people back. I have no idea how they have any business. I had since called for a price on something else, a week ago, and still have not had a call back. How long does it take to get a price and availability? I went somewhere else and had it done that day.

Worked hard to get my family in a safe reliable car. Francis took his time very polite and went over various things with us in order to get the vehicle we wanted and more. Too notch service. I have always had great service at porter. I will always come back. Thank you
The initial problem appears to have been mis-diagnosed and the repair that was initially performed [replacing the door receiver/tramsmitter] may have been unnecessary. The repair did fix the door unlocking/opening issue I was experiencing, but did not fix the starting issue. A follow up appt. the next week led to another diagnostic test and information being sent to the factory for analysis which resulted in a determination that the key fobs were malfunctioning. Took another day for fobs to be shipped to Porter and be programmed.
I was initially being charged a second $100 deductible under my Extended Service Plan when I came to pick up the car which I refused to pay since the issues from the initial service appt. for which I paid a $100 ded. were not resolved. After consulting with the lead service advisor on the phone, the deductible charge was removed from the account.
