Overall the work that was done at Porter Chevrolet was done to the standard that I expected. I can only recommend in the future that if a vehicle comes in that is damaged that the body shop do the bodywork and your mechanics on staff due to mechanical work. I would have giving you a five star rating If it were not for issues related to not having a mechanic look at the vehicle when it was in for repairs.

While it was frustrating to have an issue with a brand new 2018 vehicle, the service staff was very helpful and easy to work with. They replaced the defective part of the vehicle and said that if I have any other issues, I can drive the vehicle right to the service department and they would address the issue. I have not had any problems since getting the vehicle back.

I came in to Porter Chevrolet with a lease on my 2014 Silverado about to expire and WAY over my miles. I met Randy Day and explained to him my situation. Randy was confident that he could give me some options and he went to work. In the end, He was able to get me into a new lease on a 2017 Silverado for about what it would have cost me to buy my 2014 outright. Great job Randy!!! I couldn't be happier!

got my 1st oil change on a 2017 Spark. Went in with 35 psi in all 4 tires. Came out with 29 psi in all 4 tires???????????? Vehicle is supposed to have 35 psi. One page says I have 6 mm of tire tread depth, another page says 9 mm. Always thought an Oil Change included a quick floor vacuum, but it didn't happen. Not a detraction to your service but I was surprised.

Went in for service regarding one issue, techs found a separate issue to be taken care of with urgent need. Vehicle was still covered under warranty. My appointment time was set in advance, the crew was able to complete all tasks by close of business the same day. No out of pocket costs!
