satisfied with the service, but I feel it could have been done much faster, It took an hour and a half to change the oil and rotate the tires, I could have got it done much faster at another place. I went on a Tuesday at 1045 am, not a prime time. if you need to hire more people to get an oil change and a tire rotation done faster you should
I ask the guy that received my car to ask to check 1 of the tires because was loosing pressure often and he told me to tell the lady at the front desk i did so and nothing was done. They only change the position of my tire, put so much air that my tire now is losing pressure faster.
Porter Chevrolet addressed my problem early after test driving my truck. They heard the exact same noise I heard and the technician showed me the root cause. They were very caring and had me back on the road two days later.

While the end result was positive, my experience was not the easiest. My transmission went on my truck, leaving me with only 1st 2nd and 3rd gears at a max speed of 40mph. Initially the person who answered the phone saw I had an oil change schedule for 3 weeks out and asked if I just wanted to wait, which was not an option. Once service took my truck I was never called or updated about the status of the repair on the first day. I went to the dealership that afternoon (3:15pm) and checked in. There I was informed about the malfunction and told it would be another day. I had to ask for a loaner car, and was told there weren’t any available. After pressing and explaining my need for a vehicle, my tech made a phone call and a car somehow showed up, it was not comparable to my daily driver. Once at the Rental coming the agent called back up my service advisor and asked if I could take the 2019 Silverado the was there. So it turned out that there were two cars for me to use while mine was being fixed. I do not find it appropriate that I had to ask for a loaner car after my truck (30k Miles) had a major malfunction. Further more, the run around about getting a loaner was disappointing.
I was told I needed a new battery. Mentioned to your associate that I thought it was replaced a short time ago. He said he checked and didn't see where one was replaced, so I had it replaced. When I got home I checked my records and found you had put a new battery in just this past October. I don't think a new one was needed. Not too happy about this experience.
