My service writer, Melissa Swift, was not only very pleasant, but also very attentive to the details of what my concerns were. My technician, Eric Tatman, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I'm very confident that my vehicle was serviced with the utmost care, and confident as well that my experiences with Porter Chevrolet's service department will continue to satisfy based on the quality of these employees.
Overall, our experience was great. The demonstration ride, the pace of the sales person and not feeling pressured made the process fun. The sales representative (Francis) was very knowledgeable of the product and the GM process for purchasing the truck. The only recommendation that I can offer is to improve the communication through the entire process of locating a vehicle from another dealer.
Well the time before my last visit one of your employees shared with me about a recall on my car and said that they would call me when the part came in. I have not heard from anyone yet concerning the this part yet. I thought I would���ve been contacted by now. But overall I really like your dealership and would still recommend my friends to you.
Unfortunately/ Fortunately you did not have time to look at a visible coolant leak during an oil change service to give me an idea of the repair costs. I subsequently went to You Tube and found the repair video and parts for under $50.
Although dealership experience IT issues throughout their systems, management found a work around and continued to provide a great customer service experience.
