This trim adds the power programmable liftgate and additional safety features, including rear cross-traffic alert and side blind-zone alert.
The RS adds black exterior accents, perforated black leather seating with red accents and available leather seating with blue accents, along with 20-inch wheels.
Select this range-topping trim for features like leather seating with sueded microfiber accents, a chrome-trimmed horizontal grille, silver roof rails and chrome accents throughout.
The Blazer is largely unchanged from the previous model year except for two small, but appreciated, modifications. The first is the option of a new Riptide Blue exterior color. The second is that heated front seats are now standard across the lineup.
The Blazer's starting MSRP is $36,795 for the 2LT, while the range-topping Premier model starts at $44,195.
Chevrolet offers two engines for this model. The first is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The larger V6 engine has 308 horsepower and 278 pound-feet of torque. Both have a nine-speed automatic transmission.
